Your strength training program will be developed based on your goals, your training history, your weekly schedule, and your training equipment. This helps create a starting point for your program. Over time, we will make adjustments based on your feedback and performance.
In Person Session
During our in person coaching sessions, we focus on providing you with guidance to make the strength training exercises more efficient. We review how to set-up for each exercise and provide feedback on movement. There are many ways to execute a movement and our goal is to help you find what is efficient for you so that it is repeatable in your training.
We specialize in helping novice & intermediate lifters get ready for the platform. We believe with a cooperative and respectful relationship, the coach and athlete can learn from each other and ultimately produce positive results for the lifter. From 52 weeks out to meet day, we have you covered with programming design, form feedback, mental approach, and game day planning.
Meet Day Coaching
Our focus on that day is that you have the best meet possible. That can look different for each lifter since they have unique individual goals. We make sure to review your goals for a meet, and help create a plan to achieve them. We tailor our meet day handling to each lifter. After the meet we review outcomes and discuss possible adjustments for future meets.
